I let roxy out to go to the bathroom around 1:30 and went to put her on austins bed when i found this....Austin sleeping with his hat on. I ran down to tell brandon and robyn and we went back to snap some proof. What a funny kid.

not so surprise party

Amy had been invited to a surprise birthday for one of her best friends Mckelle (they call her kel). My dad dropped her off and when he got home austin asked "where did amy go?." My dad told him that she went to Kel's birthday party. A while later austin gets a phone call from Mckelle asking where amy was.
He replied with... isn't she at your house?
Kel says, no....
Oh well she was going to a birthday party at some girl named kel's house.
Um ok.. talk to ya later.

Austin tells my dad about this convo and he breaks out in a laugh saying it was a surprise party for mackelle and that he probably ruined the surprise!
Austin then tried to call her back to cover up and say oh it was a girl named makayla... but she didn't answer!
oh austy we love you!

I'm not Serious

I just had to contribute a memory I have of babysitting Austin when he was 2 or 3 years old.

He used to tell me some wild stories. Every time I'd reply with "Are you serious?"
He'd get so mad that I thought his name was "serious", and say: "I'm NOT serious, I'm Austin!"

On Your Mark Get Set Go!!

  After reading every post on this blog  and laughing so hard! I was trying to figure out an Austin-ism that I could write about. I finally came up with one so I hope you enjoy.

Me and Austin were walking home one day. I have no idea where we were coming from but we were right in front of the house and he says...

Austin: "Amy I have three words for you!"

Amy: "What?"

Austin:"On your mark, get set, go!!"

As he starts booking it to the door I just stood there watching him, laughing. He walked back to me when he noticed I wasn't trying to beat him and said, "Why are you laughing?" Still laughing I said Austin, On your mark get set go isn't three words its six words! Ha ha I think he still might have been a little confused! It was great!!

When we were in hawaii a few years ago we were just driving around the island and past a few houses when we passed this sign.
Austin reads it aloud saying "slow children, playing... Thats a good sign!"
He read it as if there were slow children out playing. ha ha we all had some good laughs!

Google Searches

So we borrowed Amy and Austin's Computer for the day so we could upload some pictures... While we had it I decided that I would take a look at the previous Google searches that have been made. It was pretty easy to pick out which one's were Austin's... I can't be sure that ALL of them are Austin's (Some could be Amy's or Linda's, which is still awesome) Obviously some of them are just simple type-oh's but I still found it entertaining to get an isight to what goes on in Austin's head and what he searches for online.

Crazing Strawberry Smoothies

One night we were riding in the car with Austin and all of the sudden he said...

"Man I am crazing a strawberry smoothie right now!"

Laughing ensues for a minute or two, as Austin had a look on his face like 'Oh no... not again. What did I say this time?'

"Crazing Austin? You are crazing a smoothie?" I said

"Ya what? What's so funny??" he said.

"Austin, it's CRAVING with a 'v'!"

"Yeah right!" he said with a confident laugh.

Man you gotta love the kid. Just makes you wonder how long he had been using 'crazing' and how many faces that has brought smiles to.
